How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the space and how often you want us there, so we don’t publish a flat rate that would be wrong for most people. Estimates are free — call or send the form with your square footage and number of bathrooms and you’ll get a real number back.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do one-time and as-needed cleaning as well as recurring. If you want us weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly you can change or stop it whenever you like.
Are you insured?
Yes — Peachy Clean Housekeeping Inc. is fully insured and locally owned.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards as well as cash and check. Payment is due when the work is done unless we’ve agreed on invoicing for a commercial account.
Do you clean Airbnbs and short-term rentals?
Yes, and it’s a lot of what we do. Between-guest turnovers, linens, and a full reset before the next check-in — scheduled around your booking calendar.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of clients leave a key or a code and come home to a finished house. Whatever you’re comfortable with works for us.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Equipment and products come with us. If you’d rather we use something specific of yours, leave it out and let us know.
What areas do you serve?
